Extends maximum residential electricity and gas supply contract terms from 12 months to 36 months, while reducing automatic renewal notice requirements from 90 days to 60 days before renewal

Prohibits residential energy suppliers from door-to-door solicitation (unless customer-initiated), offering inducements like gift cards or prizes, and caps early termination fees at the greater of $200 or 5% of remaining agreement value

Repeals price cap provisions that limited electricity and gas rates to the trailing 12-month average of standard offer service, and removes Commission authority to regulate green power pricing

Abolishes a Public Service Commission division established under Chapter 537 of 2024, with affected employees reassigned to equivalent positions without loss of pay or benefits; effective October 1, 2026
