Authorizes criminal justice agencies to publicly disclose limited information about wanted juveniles, including name, date of birth, physical description, photograph, escape location, warrant crimes, and public safety risk assessment

Permits disclosure when a juvenile has escaped from official custody, furlough, or rehabilitative programs, or escaped from arrest or transport following arrest

Allows public notification when an arrest warrant has been issued alleging a juvenile committed a crime that would constitute murder or a Class A, B, C, or D crime if committed by an adult

Extends disclosure authority to cases where the juvenile had turned 18 years old at the time of the alleged escape

Maintains existing protections by excluding sealed adjudications and limiting what information can be shared to only what is necessary for apprehension purposes
