Amends Maine law (33 MRSA §1023) governing relief for elderly dependent persons whose property was transferred through undue influence

Courts must now award reasonable attorney's fees and costs to be paid by the person who exercised undue influence or by any transferee who paid less than full consideration

Available court remedies include rescission or reformation of deeds, imposition of constructive trusts, injunctions, and orders commanding return of property

Protections remain in place for good faith purchasers, mortgagees, and third parties who obtained interests in the transferred property for value
