Expands authorized Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district project costs to include public safety facility improvements made outside the district boundaries when required due to activities within the district

Adds public safety personnel costs and equipment costs to authorized expenditures related to commercial activities in TIF districts

Increases the cap on TIF revenue that municipalities and plantations can use for public safety costs related to general economic development from 15% to 50% of the captured assessed value

Adds expansion, renovation, and operation of public safety facilities to the list of authorized project costs for municipal and plantation facilities
