Increases the threshold of mobile home owner support required to make a purchase offer on their park from 51% to 60% of occupied homes

Limits mobile home owners' associations to contacting individual mobile home owners no more than 3 times about purchasing the park

Amends existing law (10 MRSA §9094-A) that was enacted in 2023 governing mobile home park purchase procedures

Maintains existing requirements that park owners must negotiate in good faith with qualified buyer groups and that buyers must obtain financing within 90 days of an accepted offer
