Requires the Maine Department of Health and Human Services to partner with health care providers (obstetricians, gynecologists, primary care providers, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) and community health programs to create and distribute perimenopause and menopause educational materials

Educational materials must cover symptoms, treatments, biological processes, when to contact a health care provider, and guidance on discussing these topics with family and friends

Materials will be available in both electronic and physical formats

Appropriates $20,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2025-26 and $20,000 for fiscal year 2026-27 to the Maine CDC for material creation and dissemination
