Prohibits condominiums and common-ownership real estate from banning or unreasonably limiting low-impact landscaping on any portion of the property, including limited common elements, provided owners maintain the landscaping

Expands existing 2023 law by removing the restriction that protected landscaping rights only applied to areas not subject to common ownership

Requires express permission from unit owners before pesticides can be applied to limited common elements or land within 50 feet of a unit

Adds a statutory definition of "limited common element" by cross-referencing the Maine Uniform Condominium Act
