Requires health care professionals to inform women seeking abortions for fetuses diagnosed with lethal fetal anomalies about perinatal hospice services as an alternative, at least 24 hours before the procedure (except in medical emergencies)

Mandates that women must receive a list of perinatal hospice providers and, if declining services, must certify in writing their decision to proceed with the abortion

Directs the Maine Department of Health to publish and maintain a list of perinatal hospice providers both in-state and nationally, in English, Spanish, and other appropriate languages

Defines "lethal fetal anomaly" as a condition diagnosed before birth that will with reasonable certainty result in the child's death within 3 months after birth

Establishes that violations by health care professionals constitute unprofessional conduct subject to professional discipline
