Restricts use to parades, exhibitions, off-road events, club activities, tours, educational activities, transportation to/from these events, and occasional pleasure driving—prohibits general transportation use

Secretary of State will issue special military surplus vehicle registration plates in a 3-number, 3-letter format, with vanity plate options available

Vehicles remain subject to standard inspection requirements, though the Chief of State Police may grant certain inspection exemptions
