Amends both the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act of 1999 and the 2013 version to require registered sex offenders to comply with municipal residency restriction ordinances adopted under Title 30-A, section 3014, subsection 2

Directs the Sex Offender Management and Risk Assessment Advisory Commission to study statewide residency restrictions for sex offenders, including whether such restrictions improve public safety, implementation methods, and constitutional/legal issues

Commission must submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety by December 3, 2025

Committee may report out legislation based on the study during the Second Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature
