Maintains the Attorney General-designated independent entity that administers access to vehicle-generated data, including representatives from manufacturers, aftermarket parts companies, independent service providers, and dealers

Preserves the independent entity's duties to adopt standards, monitor data policies, ensure cybersecurity, and create compliance policies for motor vehicle data access
