Establishes the "Make Change for Wildlife" program to encourage voluntary customer contributions at business point-of-sale locations to support the Maine Endangered and Nongame Wildlife Fund

Requires participating businesses to deposit collected contributions with the Treasurer of State for credit to the fund

All money generated through the program must be used exclusively for purposes designated under the existing Endangered and Nongame Wildlife Fund

Repeals the previous subsection 5 of the wildlife fund statute (12 MRSA §10253)

Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife must submit a report on the program to the Joint Standing Committee on Inland Fisheries and Wildlife by January 1, 2026, including any suggested legislation
