Requires administering entities to provide job-seeking assistance to participants and verify eligibility every 6 months, with administrative costs capped at 10% and total program delivery costs at 25%

Appropriates $1,000,000 in General Fund money for fiscal years 2025-26 and 2026-27 ($2 million total) to fund the program

Excludes renters currently using federal housing vouchers or living in subsidized housing units from eligibility
