Updates terminology from "student athletic trainer" to "athletic training student" to reflect current professional standards

Extends the allowable time for out-of-state athletic trainers accompanying visiting teams from 4 days to 14 days per visit, while maintaining the 30-day annual limit

Replaces references to the National Athletic Trainers' Association with the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer as the required credentialing organization for licensure

Requires athletic trainer license applicants to pass the Board of Certification examination and hold a current credential from that organization

Repeals 32 MRSA §14360 and updates ethics violation standards to reference the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer's practice standards and code of professional responsibility
