Establishes the PFAS Response Program within Maine's Department of Agriculture to address PFAS contamination affecting agricultural producers, assist commercial farms, and safeguard public health

Authorizes the department to set maximum PFAS levels in farm products, prohibit commercial sale of products exceeding those levels, and require on-farm mitigation efforts before farms can resume sales

Provides testing support for groundwater, soil, animal tissue, milk, eggs, and other materials, plus technical assistance to interpret results and develop mitigation strategies

Offers financial assistance to PFAS-impacted farms including reimbursement for self-testing, water filtration equipment, livestock depopulation costs, compensation for unmarketable products, and clean feed support

Modifies the existing Fund To Address PFAS Contamination by treating health care information as confidential, authorizing the commissioner to sell or lease acquired property, and reducing required advisory committee public meetings from two hearings to one meeting annually
