Eliminates the separate, lower threshold for cocaine base (crack) possession that previously triggered aggravated trafficking charges at 4 grams, now applying the same 14-gram threshold used for powder cocaine

Repeals the provision that distinguished cocaine base from other forms of cocaine for purposes of aggravated trafficking charges under 17-A MRSA §1107-A

Removes the separate cocaine base threshold of 32 grams for illegal importation offenses, leaving only the 112-gram threshold for cocaine generally as a Class A crime

Became law without the Governor's signature on June 17, 2025, as Public Law Chapter 326
