Secretary of State may contract with a private sector data system provider to help identify and match registered voters for voter roll maintenance

Quarterly reporting to the Legislature required on all voter registration maintenance activities conducted through the program

Privacy protections prohibit recording or disclosing voter data beyond what is already publicly accessible, including names, addresses, birth year, enrollment status, and voting history

Program costs limited to existing funds allocated for voter registration maintenance and must comply with the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and Help America Vote Act of 2002
