Repeals the statutory definition of "gender identity" (5 MRSA §4553, sub-§5-C) that was enacted in 2019

Eliminates protections against discrimination based on gender identity by employers, employment agencies, labor organizations, landlords, real estate brokers, lenders, and educational institutions

Removes exemptions that previously allowed religious organizations not receiving public funds to discriminate based on gender identity in employment, housing, and educational opportunity

Repeals a provision in Title 37-B related to gender identity considerations in Maine Emergency Management Agency operations
