Adds municipal general assistance officers to the list of mandated reporters for suspected abuse or neglect of children, or suspicious child deaths, under 22 MRSA §4011-A

Amends existing mandated reporter statutes by adding general assistance officers as the 30th category for adult protection reporting and 33rd category for child protection reporting
