Gas utilities must report to the commission on identified leaks and remediation actions, with reports including street locations but protecting customer names and addresses.

The commission must submit annual reports to the Legislature's utility committee beginning April 1, 2026, listing each utility's leaks by street location and describing repair actions taken.

All reports from utilities and the commission must be posted on the commission's public website.

The commission is authorized to adopt routine technical rules and periodically assess utility compliance with assessment and reporting requirements.
