Removes the prohibition on cannabis products manufacturing facilities simultaneously using equipment, supplies, and facilities for manufacturing both cannabis products and hemp products

Allows licensed manufacturers to share manufacturing-related equipment between cannabis and hemp production, provided equipment is sanitized between uses and products are kept separate

Clarifies that using pre-tested cannabis extracts or distillates to create baked goods or other edible cannabis products does not trigger retesting requirements for contaminants

Edible products made with cannabis extracts still require testing for potency, homogeneity, and cannabinoid profiles even when using previously tested ingredients

Requires any person manufacturing non-cannabis products in a licensed cannabis facility to obtain an individual identification card, though they are exempt from criminal background checks
