Allows beano operators or assistants to play a participant's cards during restroom breaks, except during high-stakes beano games

Replaces references to "lucky seven or other similar" games throughout Maine gambling statutes with the broader term "sealed ticket games"

Enacted as emergency legislation effective June 25, 2025 to prevent financial harm to nonprofits already registered with the Gambling Control Unit to offer these games
