Adds two new exclusions to Maine's Visual Media Production Credit, disqualifying commercial or promotional productions intended to advance a product or service for an individual or organization

Excludes productions made primarily for industrial, corporate, or institutional purposes, as well as those created for internal use

Amends existing statute 5 MRSA §13090-L to expand the list of ineligible production types from 6 to 8 categories

Became law without the Governor's signature on June 24, 2025, as Public Law Chapter 421
