Prohibits eating establishments and grocery stores from using dynamic pricing, defined as fluctuating prices based on demand, weather, consumer data, or AI-enabled pricing adjustments

Requires prices for goods and products to remain fixed for at least one business day and be publicly displayed on menus, menu boards, price tags, or labels

Exempts discounts, limited-time specials (such as happy hour or early bird pricing), and traditional market-priced items like seafood (though market prices may only be set once per business day)

Violations constitute an unfair trade practice under the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act
