Prohibits the Office of Cannabis Policy from issuing licenses or registration certificates to any person identified by state or federal law enforcement as being associated with organized crime within the past 5 years

Bars cannabis establishments from operating at physical locations identified by law enforcement as associated with organized crime within the preceding 5 years

Requires mandatory 5-year license revocation for current licensees or registrants found to have organized crime associations, with revoked individuals permanently prohibited from reapplying for any cannabis license or registration

Mandates regular communication between the Office of Cannabis Policy and state/federal law enforcement regarding persons and locations known to be associated with organized crime in Maine

Applies to both adult-use cannabis licenses under the Cannabis Legalization Act and medical cannabis registrations under the Maine Medical Use of Cannabis Act
