Establishes a maximum 6-month waiting period for any service covered under Maine's MaineCare program, starting from when an enrolled individual requests the service

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to enforce this waiting time limitation across all MaineCare service providers

Mandates the department submit a corrective action plan to the Legislature's Health and Human Services Committee within 3 months if any provider's waiting list exceeds the 6-month limit

Applies to all individuals who are both eligible for and enrolled in the MaineCare program
