Targeted conditions include long COVID, chronic Lyme disease, myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), and dysautonomia

Defines "long COVID" as health problems persisting or developing after initial COVID-19 infection that may be debilitating and last from several weeks to years

Applies to physicians, osteopathic physicians, nurses, and advanced practice registered nurses seeking new or renewed licenses

Encouragement-based approach rather than mandatory requirements; does not add new continuing education hour mandates
