Requires each county sheriff to submit a report by December 3, 2025 to the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety on the status of board of visitors vacancies at jails and county correctional facilities

Reports must include current membership numbers, actions being taken to meet statutory membership requirements, difficulties in filling positions, and whether boards are inactive (and for how long)

Amends existing law to require boards of visitors to share annual reports with all other boards of visitors statewide, rather than only within the same sheriff's office

Authorizes the Joint Standing Committee to submit follow-up legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 132nd Legislature based on the sheriffs' reports
