Establishes a 3-year pilot recovery high school program at the University of Maine at Fort Kent campus, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year and expiring September 1, 2029

Serves high school students in recovery from substance use disorder or co-occurring disorders, with students enrolled through School Administrative District No. 27

Requires supervised housing during the school week and mandatory participation in a concurrent recovery program

Mandates drug and alcohol testing upon return from weekends and vacations, plus random testing throughout the school year

Minimum staffing includes a certified adult education, special education, or alternative education teacher; a certified education technician III; and a full-time recovery coach employed by SAD No. 27
