Changes the Board of Osteopathic Licensure meeting schedule from once annually in June to regular monthly meetings plus special meetings as needed

Increases postgraduate training requirements for osteopathic medical school graduates on or after January 1, 2026 from 12 months to 36 months in an accredited graduate medical education program

Prohibits the board from requiring specialty board certification or maintenance of certification as a condition for initial licensure or license renewal

Sets licensure application fees at up to $600 plus examination costs, with temporary licenses for interns and residents capped at $450

Requires applicants to pass the COMLEX-USA examination and graduate from an American Osteopathic Association-accredited medical school
