New delivery fee of $0.50 per delivery on purchases of at least $100 of tangible personal property subject to sales tax

Sellers, marketplace facilitators, and marketplace sellers must collect and remit the delivery fee with their monthly sales tax reports

All revenue from the toll surcharge, electric vehicle fees, and delivery fees must be deposited in the Highway Fund
