Removes certain labeling requirements including batch or lot identification numbers on cannabis products, and allows patient testimonials about medical cannabis benefits in advertising with required FDA disclaimers

Defines "cannabis biomass" in tax law and clarifies that the $94 per pound excise tax applies to both cannabis trim and biomass sold between licensees
