Increases the total net slot machine income collected and distributed from casinos with commercial tracks from 39% to 46%

Allocates the additional 7% of net slot machine income to be distributed to the tribal governments of the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians and the Mi'kmaq Nation

Existing distribution recipients (harness racing purses, Sire Stakes Fund, Agricultural Fair Support Fund, Fund for a Healthy Maine, university scholarships, community college scholarships, off-track betting facilities, and host municipalities) continue receiving their current percentages unchanged
