Amends Resolve 2021, c. 114 to extend the deadline for the Department of Education to establish air quality and ventilation standards for newly constructed public schools

Requires the Department to amend rules for Chapter 60 (New School Siting Approval), Chapter 61 (Major Capital School Construction Projects), and Chapter 125 (Basic Approval Standards) to include ventilation requirements

Standards must cover both mechanical and nonmechanical ventilation systems in all newly constructed public schools

Implementation deadline changed from no later than July 1, 2022 to no later than July 1, 2026

Department must submit provisionally adopted rules to the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs by January 9, 2026 (extended from January 4, 2022)
