Updates the Maine Human Rights Act to add references to final protection orders issued under Title 19-A, section 4110, alongside existing references to former section 4007

Expands anti-discrimination protections to recognize protection orders obtained under substantially similar laws of other states or nations

Applies these updated references across employment discrimination provisions (affecting employers, employment agencies, and labor organizations) and housing discrimination provisions (affecting landlords, real estate brokers, and lenders)

Maintains existing protected classes including race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability, religion, age, ancestry, national origin, and familial status
