Prohibits the sale of potentially intoxicating hemp products to anyone under 21 years of age in Maine

Defines "potentially intoxicating cannabinoids" to include Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10 THC and their isomers, metabolites, hydrogenated forms (like HHC), synthetic forms, and acetate esters (THC-O)

Classifies a hemp product as "potentially intoxicating" if it contains 0.3% or more intoxicating cannabinoids OR has a ratio of less than 10:1 nonintoxicating to intoxicating cannabinoids

Requires child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging for potentially intoxicating hemp products (excluding beverages, salves, and topicals)

Takes effect immediately upon approval as emergency legislation due to child safety concerns; became law without the Governor's signature on June 24, 2025
