Expands the definition of "person" or "human being" in Maine's murder, manslaughter, and assault statutes (sections 201-203 and 207-208-F) to include an unborn child at every stage of gestation from conception until live birth

Defines "unborn child" as the offspring of human beings from conception until birth, and "conception" as the fusion of a human spermatozoon with a human ovum

Exempts acts committed by the mother of an unborn child from criminal liability under this section

Exempts lawful medical procedures performed by physicians or licensed medical professionals at the request of the mother or her legal guardian

Exempts the lawful dispensation or administration of lawfully prescribed medication
