Expands standing under the Maine Unfair Trade Practices Act to allow any person who suffers a loss to pursue private remedies, not just those who purchased goods for personal, family, or household purposes

Removes the requirement that losses be limited to money or property, allowing claims for any type of loss resulting from unfair trade practices

Enables businesses and commercial purchasers to bring private lawsuits under the Act, which was previously limited to consumer transactions

Amends 5 MRSA §213 to broaden available remedies including actual damages, restitution, injunctions, and other equitable relief in Superior or District Court
