Expands Maine's unauthorized dissemination of private images law (17-A MRSA §511-A) to cover artificially generated or modified images that appear to show a person in a state of nudity or engaged in sexual acts

Broadens the definition of "image" to include prints, negatives, slides, motion pictures, photographs, computer data files, animations, videotapes, livestreams, and other mechanically, electronically, or chemically reproduced visual materials

Adds threatening to disseminate private images as a new form of harassment under Maine law (5 MRSA §4651), when done with conscious disregard that the threat places the depicted person in reasonable fear

Amends domestic abuse statutes (19-A MRSA §4102) to include threats to disseminate private images as a qualifying act of abuse, enabling victims to seek protection orders
