Modernizes outdated statutory language by replacing gendered pronouns with gender-neutral terms and updating archaic terminology (e.g., "enginemen" to "engineers," "horsemen" to "horse owners, trainers and drivers")

Makes technical corrections to the Uniform Commercial Code provisions, with certain sections taking effect July 1, 2025, including fixes to cross-references and reallocation of misplaced statutory subsections

Repeals obsolete provisions, including Title 22 chapter 415 and duplicate sections, while correcting cross-references related to medical cannabis testing facilities, natural organic reduction of human remains, and Children's Health Insurance Program terminology
