Authorizes the hub to include projections and models, data visualization tools for regions and communities, and a searchable library of white papers, case studies, and best practices

Permits inclusion of funding opportunity information and regionally prioritized best practice projects that support collaboration

Requires the Office of Community Affairs to regularly update the hub's contents
