Repeals the requirement for the Department of Health and Human Services to provide municipal general assistance overseers with access to an Internet-based, real-time database for determining applicant eligibility, originally set to begin July 1, 2025

Removes the requirement that DHHS biennial reports include data from the statewide online database, instead relying on municipal reports and other metrics

Eliminates the reporting metric tracking "length of time those funds were received" from the required general assistance reports to the Legislature

Maintains existing reporting requirements including number of recipients, basic necessities funded, technical assistance requests, hotline calls, complaints, poverty data, and usage of SNAP and TANF programs by municipality
