Maintains the fund's purpose of providing incentives for purchasing locally grown fruits and vegetables and supporting outreach for nutrition incentive programs

Preserves the $50,000 annual matching contribution limit from private and public sources

Continues prioritization for applicants with demonstrated history of incentivizing fruit and vegetable purchases or ability to leverage additional funding from various sources

Amends reporting requirements so recipients detail involvement with all food and nutrition assistance programs, not just federal programs
