Adds requirement to provide copies of judicial endorsements and all attachments to the court in extreme risk protection order cases

Current law only requires providing a copy of the notification to the restricted person and the date of notification to the court

Amends 34-B MRSA §3862-A, sub-§4, ¶B, which was previously amended by PL 2023, c. 675, §17
