Removes the $5-$10 parental fines for failing to ensure a sick student is not a public health threat

Requires school health guidelines to be based on state and national standards and updated at least every 3 years

Updates terminology from "epinephrine autoinjector" to "epinephrine automated device" to include FDA-approved delivery systems beyond injection

Adds requirement for school nurses to follow the most recent scope and standards of school nursing practices and State Board of Nursing rules
