Establishes occupational license fees for fantasy contest operators at $250 for initial license and $250 for annual renewal, with one-year license terms

Sets nonrefundable application fee of $2,500 for initial and renewal licenses for operators with gross fantasy contest revenues of $100,000 or more in the preceding 12 months

Makes all criminal history record information obtained confidential and restricted to official use by the Gambling Control Unit director for screening license applicants only
