Prohibits the use of credit cards to place sports wagers in Maine, applying to both facility operators and mobile wagering platforms

Establishes permitted payment methods for sports wagering: online/mobile payment systems, debit cards, digital wallets (with verification that no credit card funded them), prepaid cards (not purchased with credit cards), bank wires, cash, and other director-approved methods

Adds a statutory definition of "digital wallet" as any digital or electronic technology that stores financial information and enables purchases

Requires operators to implement security measures to ensure bettors do not use credit cards, at both physical locations (including self-serve kiosks) and on mobile applications

Amends Maine's sports wagering law (8 MRSA §1202, §1203) originally enacted in 2021 and creates new section §1220 governing payment methods
