Expands Maine's guaranteed interview requirement for state classified service positions to include spouses of active duty military service members who meet minimum job qualifications

Defines "eligible service member" as anyone serving on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces, including Reserves and National Guard

Amends existing law (5 MRSA §7054-B) that currently guarantees interviews only to veterans and gold star spouses
