Purchase price must be at current market value determined by broker opinion and comparative market analysis, with a maximum cap of $100,000

Property must be transferred "as is" with no representations or warranties from the state

Sale proceeds will reimburse the Department of Administrative and Financial Services for administrative expenses and be deposited into the Bureau of General Services capital repair and improvement account

Commissioner's authority to convey this property expires 5 years from the resolve's effective date
