Increases voting members on the Landowners and Land Users Relations Advisory Board from 11 to 13, appointed by the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife

Expands outdoor recreationist representation from 2 to 3 members, requiring one from an ATV club and one from nonmotorized recreation (hiking, wildlife watching, biking, paddling, trail running)

Adds a new voting seat for a representative of an organization managing recreational access to the North Maine Woods

Creates 5 new nonvoting member positions: 2 from the Bureau of Warden Service, 1 from the Department of Economic and Community Development, and 2 from the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry

Total board membership increases to 18 members (13 voting, 5 nonvoting)
